Spherion Lebanon is working to fill a 1st Shift, Returns Processor positions in Lebanon, PA. The pay rate is $17.95 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

A Warehouse Returns Processor inspects, sorts, and processes returned merchandise, determining if items can be restocked, repaired, or must be disposed of. They use warehouse management systems and scanners to update inventory records, ensuring accurate documentation of returned goods. This role requires high attention to detail and physical stamina for standing and lifting

What you'll do:

• Inspection & Disposition: Open returned packages, inspect items for damage, and decide the next step (resell, return to vendor, refurbish, or discard)
• System Updating: Scan items and enter data into inventory systems
• Repackaging & Sorting: Repackage items, apply new labels, and sort them into designated areas for restocking
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, following OSHA and company safety procedures

Education: No formal education required.

Physical:

• Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Standing / Walking
• Repetitive Motion
• Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
• Pushing / Pulling

Skills:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and handheld RF scanners
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, usually in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: High capability to identify product defects and accurately match items to documentation.
