Spherion Johnstown is working to fill a 1st Shift, Laundry Attendant position. The pay rate is $10.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary.
Description:
A Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes, towels, and linens. They make sure items are clean, stain-free, and ready to be used. Laundry Attendants also help keep the laundry area neat and follow safety and cleaning procedures.
What you'll do:
- Sorted, washed, dried, folded, and delivered laundry.
- Used laundry machines safely and correctly.
- Checked clothes and linens for stains, damage, and cleanliness.
- Kept the laundry area clean and organized.
- Helped keep track of laundry supplies and let supervisors know when supplies were running low.
- Assisted customers and completed laundry tasks on time.
- Followed safety and cleanliness rules when handling laundry.
Education: No formal education required.

- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
