Spherion Johnstown is working to fill a 8A-4P, Floor Supervisor position in Johnstown, PA. The pay rate is $25.00 HOURLY.
Description:
Responsible for supervising the daily activities on the manufacturing production floor
What you'll do:
- Supervise daily production activities
- Assigning tasks to team members to maximize efficiency
- Operating various manufacturing machines
- Ensuring staff follows all safety protocols
- Ensuing products are prepared accurately for distribution
- Performing janitorial and general maintenance tasks to keep facility clean and organized
Education: High School
- Diploma or GED required
Experience: 12 months
One year work experience required, One year supervisory experienceSkills:
- Basic technical knowledge to assist with machine operation and equipment troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of OSHA standards
- Experience in leading a team
- Ability to multitask to meet daily manufacturing targets
