Production Packer

Ready to be the MVP of our production line? We need a reliable, detail-oriented Hand Packer to help us get our high-quality products out the door and into the hands of our customers.

The Role:

Fast-paced manual packing and sorting.

Ensuring 100% accuracy on labels and codes.

Maintaining a safe, food-safe environmen

Description:

Safety and precision are at the heart of what we do. As a Hand Packer, you play a critical role in our supply chain. You’ll ensure that our products are handled with care, counted with precision, and labeled according to strict food safety regulations.

What you'll do:

•  Efficiently hand pack freshly baked cones.
•  Follow all Food Safety and Safety Procedures and Rules.
•  Ensure continuous and smooth production through matching the pace and flow of the production line and its’ team members.
•  Understand and have the ability to accurately perform different packaging configurations.
•  Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
•  Continually monitor for cross contamination or foreign objects.
•  Other assigned duties, as needed.

Education: No formal education required.

Physical:

•  Duties may be repetitive in nature.
•  Must be able to lift 20 – 30 pounds on a frequent basis, and up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
•  Position requires the ability to stand on one’s feet for up to 8 hours (with breaks), walk, use hands to handle, feel and select objects (manual dexterity), grip, frequently reach with hands and arms, bend, twist, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, see, talk and hear.

Skills:

• Precision Packing: High accuracy in manual counting, sorting, and tray-loading.
• Quality Control: Keen eye for detail to verify labels, codes, and product integrity.
• Safety Conscious: Strict adherence to Food Safety (HACCP/GMP) and PPE protocols.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, standing manufacturing environment.
• Fast Learner: Capable of following technical directions and adapting to changing priorities.
• Basic Literacy & Math: Proficiency in reading, writing, and identifying symbols/numbers.
• Reliability: Strong track record of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Team Collaboration: Effective communication with supervisors, maintenance, and peers
