Store Associate

Spherion Johnstown is working to fill a Flexible, Store Associate position in Portage, PA. The pay rate is $8.00 to $9.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary.

Description:

We are looking for a friendly and dependable General Store Associate to join our team. This position helps customers, runs the register, stocks shelves, keeps the store clean, and supports daily store tasks. The ideal person enjoys working with people, learns quickly, and works well with a team.

What you'll do:

• Help customers find items and answer questions
• Operate the cash register and handle payments
• Stock shelves and keep products organized
• Keep the store clean and safe
• Receive and put away deliveries
• Check product dates and restock items as needed
• Set up displays and keep aisles neat
• Assist customers with purchases and returns
• Work with team members to complete daily tasks
• Follow store rules and safety guidelines
