Spherion Johnstown is hiring for a 1st shift Laborer. This is an entry-level, temp-to-hire job. No experience is needed. Pay range is from $13-$15 hourly.

Job Description:

The Laborer will help in different departments of the facility based on customer needs. In this role, you may be asked to do assembly work, sanding, packing, painting, or quality checks. You may also be assigned to other tasks as needed. This is a flexible position where you will support many areas of production.

Responsibilities:

• The Factory Laborer will help in different areas of the facility as needed.
• Perform assembly, sanding, painting, packing, and quality checks.
• Support other departments when extra help is required.
• Follow safety rules and company guidelines at all times.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• The Laborer will complete other tasks given by supervisors.

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

The general laborer position is an entry level position.

Physical:

• Factory Laborer must be able to stand for 10 hour shifts. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
