We are searching for a Full Time, Direct Hire Lead Quality Inspector for our customer in New Kensington, PA
Description:
You will leverage your technical skills in CMM operations and quality control to mentor staff, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

- use multiple quality tools
- operate and program manual and CNC CMM machines to perform precise measurements and inspections
Education: High School
Experience: 36 months
Minimum 3-5 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment, with proven expertise in manual and CNC CMM operations, Strong leadership abilities, with experience supervising or mentoring teams, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for high-precision quality work, Proficiency reading blueprints and using metrology software (e.g., PC-DMIS), High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector) preferredRelated Experience: Quality, Inspection, Manufacturing
