Spherion Greensburg is working with a client in their search to fill a Part-Time 10-15 hours per week, Medical Receptionist position in Mount Pleasant, PA. The pay rate is $17.00 to $20.00 HOURLY.

Description:
Our client is seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Medical Receptionist to support daily front desk operations in a busy healthcare office. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a professional environment.
What you'll do:
- Greet and check in patients with a positive attitude.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Verify insurance information and update patient records.
- Collect co-pays and assist with basic billing tasks.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
- Communicate with healthcare providers and office staff.
- Follow HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 3 months
Prefer a candidate who have experience working in a doctor's or medical type office. Skills:
- Prior medical office or receptionist experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and insurance verification is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and handle a steady workload.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
