Description:
We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Bank Representative to join our team.
This position plays a key role in providing excellent member service, processing financial transactions, and promoting our credit union’s products and services.
What you'll do:
- Greet and assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries.
- Provide information about account options, products, and services.
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Open and close accounts, update member information, and process account changes.
- Refer members to other departments for loans, investments, or additional financial services.
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies and banking regulations.
- Deliver outstanding member service with professionalism and accuracy.
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 6 months
