Spherion Greensburg is working to fill a 7am-3pm Monday through Friday, Production Assistant (Clerical) position in Blairsville, PA. The pay rate is $17.00 to $18.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:
Prepares and distributes documentation multiple departments within the manufacturing facility.
Participates in processing orders.
Strong computer skills necessary for this position.
There will be additional training provided for company specific software and other computer related assigned tasks.
What you'll do:
- Create sales orders and compares them to the customer purchase order.
- Schedules manufacturing start dates.
- Creates order packets for various departments.
- Adjusts orders, customer changes, and any revisions needed.
- Enters quotes and purchase orders.
- Filing paperwork as needed.
- Update reports using Microsoft Excel as needed.
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 3 months
Skills:
- Strong computer skills
- Detailed oriented
- Organized and possess excellent time management.
