Spherion Greensburg is working to fill a 1st Shift, Assembler position in Murrysville, PA. The pay rate is $19.00 HOURLY. This would be a temporary position, lasting from May to September 2026. It does have the possibility to last until March 2027.

Description:

We are looking for a skilled worker to join our team! You will help build breathing machines and other medical tools that help people breathe better. This job is very important because patients depend on these tools to stay healthy.

What you'll do:

• Build Devices: You will use your hands and small tools to put together parts for breathing machines.
• Follow Instructions: You will read and follow step-by-step guides to make sure every device is built exactly right.
• Check Your Work: You will look closely at the parts to make sure they are clean and have no cracks or mistakes.
• Keep Things Clean: You will work in a very clean area to make sure no dust or dirt gets inside the medical tools.
• Test the Products: You will help run tests to make sure the devices work perfectly before they are sent to hospitals.

Education: High School

Experience: 24 months

You must have production/assembly experience in a manufacturing setting

Physical:

• Standing / Walking
• Repetitive Motion
• Manual Dexterity

Skills:

• Quick and Steady Hands: You must be very good at working with small parts. You will need to use your fingers to pick up tiny screws and move small pieces into place.
• Eye for Detail: You must be able to spot tiny mistakes that others might miss.
• Experience: You must have worked in a factory or assembly job before.
• Focus: You can stay focused on your work for a long time to make sure every step is done safely.
