Spherion Greensburg is working to fill a Flexible Schedule and no Sundays, Customer Service Associate position in Jeannette, PA. The pay rate is $20.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

We are looking for a high-energy Customer Service & Leasing Associate to be the face of our storage facility.

This isn’t just a desk job—it’s a blend of sales, property management, and problem-solving.

You’ll help customers find the perfect space for their belongings while ensuring our facility remains a clean, secure, and welcoming environment.

What you'll do:

• Work part of a team.
• Light cleaning throughout the facility including bathrooms, floors, dusting and other small tasks.
• Customer interaction.
• Cash Handling.

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 3 months

Physical:

• Bending, lifting, twisting, and lifting up to 30# occasionally.
• Sweeping, moping and light physical activities surrounding cleaning.

Related Experience: Experience interacting with customers.
