Part Time Custodian

Spherion Greensburg is working to fill a Monday-Friday 10am-3pm, Part Time Custodian position in Export, PA. The pay rate is $16.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

We are looking for a hardworking person to help keep our factory clean and safe. This is a part-time job. You will work in a busy plant where we make products every day. Your work helps everyone stay healthy and keeps the machines running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Clean Floors: Sweep, mop, and use a floor scrubber to keep the walkways clear of dust and trash.
• Take Out Trash: Empty garbage cans in the factory and the offices. Put the bags in the big outdoor bins.
• Clean Restrooms: Scrub sinks, toilets, and mirrors. Fill up soap and paper towel holders.
• Wipe Surfaces: Clean tables in the breakroom and wipe down door handles to stop the spread of germs.
• Safety First: Look out for spills and clean them up right away so no one slips. Use "Wet Floor" signs when needed.
• Supply Check: Tell the manager when we are running low on cleaning supplies like soap or trash bags.

• Experience: You don't need to be an expert! We will train you on how to use our tools.
