Warehouse Associate

Spherion Greensburg is working with a client in their search to fill a 7am-330pm Monday through Friday, Warehouse position in Mount Pleasant, PA. The pay rate is $16.00 HOURLY.

Job Description:

• We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to assist with a facility rearrangement project in our warehouse.
• This role involves moving and organizing equipment, shelving, and materials as we update our production and storage layout.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have basic mechanical skills to assist with minor equipment adjustments and assembly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with moving, organizing, and setting up warehouse equipment and shelving.
• Perform light mechanical work such as bolting, unbolting, and assembling components.
• Safely use hand tools and basic power tools Follow supervisor instructions to ensure the facility rearrangement runs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or GED.

Experience: 1 months

Physical:

• Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
