Spherion is hiring for an LPN in Bentleyville. The pay for the LPN position is $24.15 per hour with a 12:30pm to 8:30pm schedule. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Description:
As an LPN you would be responsible for performing practical nursing work. You would take care of patients and document any progress or incidents.
What you'll do:
- Give Medications: Safely prepare, hand out, and keep track of resident medicines and medical supplies
- Provide Medical Care: Check vital signs (like blood pressure), give prescribed treatments, and order lab tests
- Keep Accurate Records: Update resident charts, write daily progress notes, and fill out injury or incident reports
- Watch for Changes: Monitor residents closely and quickly report any changes in how they act or feel
- Work as a Team: Partner with doctors, therapists, and other staff members to plan the best care for residents
- Guide Other Staff: Inform and advise mental health technicians about medicine side effects and safety steps
Education: Professional Certificate
- Degree or certificate in Nursing
Experience: 36 months
3+ years of LPN experience (preferred)Physical:
- Standing / Walking
