Spherion Greensburg is working to fill a 223 Schedule 545PM-6AM, Maintenance Technician position in Mount Pleasant, PA. The pay rate is $24.50 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
- Weekly Pay every Friday and benefits offered.
- Work 3 days and off 4 days, then the following week work 4 days and 3 days off = More time to have a work / life balance.
Description:
The maintenance technician installs, troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs machinery, and equipment.
What you'll do:
- Minor maintenance of equipment.
- Responsible for working with outside contractors who are called in to do the repair.
- Working with minor wiring, motors, switches and switchboards, and other mechanisms.
- Perform repair of machinery under direction of Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assist in installation of new equipment as necessary.
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 3 months
Physical:
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing / Walking
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
- Manual Dexterity
Related Experience: Training or experience with machinery maintenance type of work., Must be able to work from drawings, manufacturer specifications and wiring diagrams., Ability to use common precision measurement gauges and equipment.
