Shipping Associate

We have an exciting opportunity for a Shipping Associate to join a manufacturing facility in Erie, PA! This will be a 1st shift position!

Description:

As a critical member of our shipping and logistics team, you will ensure all finished goods and outgoing materials are accurately packaged, labeled, documented, and shipped to our customers on schedule!

What you'll do:

• Process outgoing shipments and materials using ERP system; utilize shipping software for domestic and international freight.
• Safely package finished goods and materials according to customer-specific work instructions and handling requirements.
• Generate accurate, complete shipping documentation and produce all required shipping labels.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments to align with customer delivery schedules and maintain meticulous shipping logs and records.

Education: No formal education required.

Physical:

• Must be able to move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds,Ability to perform extensive standing, walking, climbing and lifting great than 50% of the day,Regularly required to reach, bend, grab, stoop and twist,Must have excellent eyesight and hearing (cannot be color blind),Employees must wear safety glasses ,ESD smocks, ESD straps at all times
