We are looking to fill a 1st Shift, Building and Grounds Keeper position in Fairview, PA. The pay rate is $19.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
We are looking for a a reliable and hardworking Building and Grounds Keeper to help keep the facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained. If you enjoy working independently and staying active, this is the position for you!
What you'll do:
- Keep indoor and outdoor areas clean
- Basic Maintenance
- Care for property (mowing, trimming, seasonal clean-up)
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 6 months
Physical:
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing / Walking
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
- Hot Environments
- Cold Environments
Skills:
- Basic landscaping
- Basic maintence
