This company is eagerly is working to fill a 1st Shift, Soldering Tech position in McKean, PA. The pay rate is $17.00 to $18.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity. Prior soldering experience is preferred, but we are fully prepared to train motivated candidates who has a basic understanding of the process and a desire to learn.
Description:
In this role of Soldering Technician you will be responsible for performing precision soldering. This role needs attention to detail, and very good hand-eye coordination. You will need to to follow quality and safety standards to ensure reliable assemblies.
What you'll do:
- Perform hand soldering of electronic components
- Read and understand work instructions
- Assemble components on schedule
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Prep Materials
Education: High School
Experience: 12 months
Proficiency or understanding of hand soldering techniquesPhysical:
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods,Good vision,Steady hands,Ability to life 25-40lbs occasionally
Skills:
- Attention to deails,Basic computer skills,Hand soldering,Read and understand written instructions
