Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 / hour

We are looking for a detailed-oriented Soldering Technician to join our production team in McKean, PA! Prior soldering experience is a plus, but if you have a strong mechanical mindset, basic process knowledge, and a willingness to learn, we are fully prepared to train you!
Description:
In this role of Soldering Technician you will be responsible for performing precision soldering. This role needs attention to detail, and very good hand-eye coordination. You will need to to follow quality and safety standards to ensure reliable assemblies.
What you'll do:
- Perform hand soldering of electronic components
- Read and understand work instructions
- Assemble components on schedule
- Maintain accurate documentation

Education: High School
Experience: 12 months
Proficiency or understanding of hand soldering techniquesPhysical:
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods,Good vision,Steady hands,Ability to life 25-40lbs occasionally
Skills:
- Attention to deails,Basic computer skills,Hand soldering,Read and understand written instructions
