We are looking a Welder Fabricator to join the team! The position is first shift and pays $18.00 to start.
Description:
In this role as a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for welding (MIG, TIG) setting up and operating tools to fabricate customer orders and making sure quality is on point! This is a great opportunity to expand your welding and fabrication skills with a top Erie employer!
What you'll do:
- develop and layout materials
- assembly of metal items
- use manual and power tools to finish the projects
Education: No formal education required.
Physical:
- Standing / Walking,PPE Required (Noise / Chemical / Dust),Bending / Stooping / Kneeling,Repetitive Motion,Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs),Manual Dexterity
Skills:
- math,measuring
Related Experience: ability to read and interpret blueprints, MIG & TIG welding, basic math, ability to read a measure, track time spent and materials used on projects
