Spherion Erie is looking for a friendly, customer focused team player who enjoys creating a welcoming shopping experience. This position is for 1st shift and Saturdays. This Retail Associate position in Erie, PA. The pay rate is $15.00 to 16.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
Spherion Erie is looking for a person with a positive attitude that is willing to be flexible and helpful with what is needed in a retail department.
What you'll do:
- Welcome/Assist customers
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain store appearance and stock levels
- Operate POS system
Education: High School
Experience: 6 months
Physical:
- Standing / Walking
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
Skills:
- Excellent customer service
- Comfortable learning POS systems
- Organized, dependable, and detail oriented
- Retail, warehouse, and customer service experience preferred
