Spherion Erie is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st Shift, Plastic Injection Machine Operator position in Girard, PA. The pay rate is $13.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity. Bus route is available.

Job Description:

A plastic injection machine operator is in charge of a machine that makes plastic parts. They're a key part of the manufacturing process, making sure that everything runs smoothly and that the plastic parts are made correctly. Their main jobs involve running the machine, checking the quality of the parts, and keeping things clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Plastic Injection Machine Operator Responsibilities include:
  • Running Machine
  • Removing flashing from parts when appropriate
  • Quality Assurance
  • Maintenance and Cleanup

  Education: No formal education required.

  Experience: 6 months

  6 months of experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required

  Related Experience: manufacturing, plastics, production
