General Laborer

Description:

In this role, you’ll be hands-on with our core manufacturing process—taking raw materials, preparing them for production, and setting up our team to create quality products. If you like active, physical work with steady weekday hours, this is the job for you.

What you'll do:

• Safely handle, transport, and prepare raw materials to feed into the production process.
• Assist staging materials, and keeping operations running smoothly.
• Load, unload, sorting, and moving raw stock and finished materials throughout the facility.
• Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet basic standards before processing.
• Workplace Safety: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

Education: No formal education required.

Physical:

• Heavy Lifting (50+ lbs)
• Standing / Walking
• Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
• Pushing / Pulling
• PPE Required (Noise / Chemical / Dust)
