Press Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our manufacturing and production team, right here in DuBois on 1st shift!

Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for operating mechanical and hydraulic presses to shape and form parts, ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience with precision measuring tools, can handle physical labor, and is willing to chip in wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Press Operation: Safely and efficiently operate mechanical and hydraulic presses to manufacture parts according to specifications.
• Quality Control & Measurement: Utilize precision tools including scales, micrometers, and calipers to inspect parts and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Oven Operation: Monitor and operate curing ovens as part of the production process.
• Material Handling: Regularly lift, move, and pour material containers weighing up to 45 lbs.
• General Shop Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned, including packaging finished goods, loading/unloading production racks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
