Spherion is currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a 1st Shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with a client in Philipsburg, PA. This position offers competitive pay of $18.00 per hour.
Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Customer Service Coordinator to support daily administrative, logistics, and customer communication needs. This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly and requires strong computer skills, accuracy, and professionalism in customer interactions.
What you'll do:
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Provide customer service support via phone and email, with a strong emphasis on personal phone communication
- Proficient computer skills and comfort working in order management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional phone presence and customer service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates must demonstrate strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to complete a minimum of 30 consecutive days without tardiness or unplanned time off is required
- Willingness and capacity to learn company processes and systems
Education: High School Diploma or GED
