CNC Operators & Machinists (DIRECT HIRE)

We are looking for a dedicated and physically capable CNC Lathe Operator (Mazak experience preferred) to join our manufacturing team. This isn't your average benchtop machining job—you will be handling large-scale steel pipe and high-stakes components that support the global energy, mining, and construction sectors right in Brookville, PA!

What you'll do:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Adjust machine settings and tooling for accuracy and quality
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot and correct machining issues as needed
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to maintenance/supervisor

Education: No formal education required.
