We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support the daily operations of a lumber mill.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, tracking, and moving inventory in and out of the facility safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming lumber shipments and verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders
- Inspect lumber for damage or defects and report any discrepancies
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including staging, packaging, and labeling materials accurately
- Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed in warehouse and yard areas
Education: High School
Experience: 12 months
