- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Adjust machine settings and tooling for accuracy and quality
- Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot and correct machining issues as needed
- Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to maintenance/supervisor
