We’re hiring Resident Aides to join a dedicated care team! What you'll do:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and transfers
- Monitor resident well-being and report any changes to nursing staff
- Help serve meals and ensure residents’ nutritional needs are met
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 3 months
