Order Packager

Spherion Connellsville is working to fill a 6am-6pm , Order Packager position in Mount Pleasant, PA. The pay rate is $16.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Work Schedule: 12-Hour Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM), 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Description:

Are you looking for a reliable job with full-time hours? We are hiring an Order Packer to join our printing and label production team! In this role, you will pack finished labels and printed products so they are safe and ready to ship to our customers.

No long experience is needed—we will train you on the job!

What you'll do:

• Pack Orders: Take finished labels, stickers, and printed materials off the line and pack them into boxes.
• Check Quality: Look over labels to make sure the printing is clean, colors match, and there are no mistakes or damages.
• Label & Tape Boxes: Seal boxes tightly, apply shipping labels, and group them onto pallets for delivery.
• Keep Track: Read simple work orders and check off items to make sure each box has the right product and quantity.
• Keep Work Area Clean: Keep your packing station organized, clean, and free of trash or safety hazards.

Education: High School

Physical:

• Stand and walk for most of your 12-hour shift.
• Lift, push, and carry boxes up to 35–40 lbs.
• Bend, reach, and use your hands quickly to pack items.

Skills:

• Good eye for detail to catch small errors or misprints.
• Ability to follow basic spoken and written directions.
• Able to work well with a team and show up on time for your shifts.
