1st Shift Packaging Associate

Spherion Connellsville is working to fill a 6am-6pm 2-2-3 schedule, 1st Shift Packaging Associate position in Mount Pleasant, PA. The pay rate is $16.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

In this role, you will pack finished products, prepare boxes for shipping, and make sure our products are safe and ready for our customers.

A 2-2-3 schedule is a repeating two-week cycle that gives you every other weekend off. It helps you balance work and personal life by offering more days off during the week.

What you'll do:

• Pack Products: Place finished items into boxes carefully and accurately based on set instructions.
• Label Boxes: Attach correct shipping labels and barcodes to packages.
• Prepare for Shipping: Seal boxes with tape and stack them neatly on pallets.
• Keep the Area Clean: Sweep, organize, and keep your workspace safe and clean throughout your shift.
• Inspect Items: Check products for any damage or defects before packing them.

Education: High School

Skills:
