Are you the kind of person who remembers everyone’s name and can organize a chaotic calendar without breaking a sweat? We are looking for a Receptionist at our front desk who will be the heartbeat of our office. You aren't just "answering phones"—you're the first face our future teammates and clients see.

Description:

You're going to be a great Front Desk Receptionist if you love doing the following:

• You’re comfortable talking to anyone, from the CEO to a nervous first-time job applicant.
• You notice the small things that others miss (and you probably love a good color-coded spreadsheet).
• You navigate Google Workspace/Office 365 with ease. If you've used a database for tracking before, that’s a huge plus!
• You’re a natural problem solver who stays calm when things get busy.

• As our Front Desk Receptionist, you wear a few important hats:
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, candidates, and clients with genuine warmth.
• Manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries like a pro.
• Schedule interviews, ensuring every candidate feels like a VIP
• Post job descriptions, helping screen resumes, and keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tidy.

Education: High School

• Associates or beyond preferred but not required!
• Must have valid PA Driver's License

Experience: 12 months

Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred, Quickly able to grasp technology and systems, Positive attitude to spare!
