Spherion Connellsville is working to fill a , 3rd Shift Packaging position in Mount Pleasant, PA. The pay rate is $17.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary.

Description:

We are looking for a reliable packing associate to join our night shift team! In this role, you will help pack finished labels and printed products so they are ready to ship to our customers. If you like staying active, paying attention to details, and working in a team environment, this job is for you.

What you'll do:

• Pack Orders: Carefully box, bundle, and wrap finished printed items and label rolls.
• Inspect Products: Check items for printing mistakes, damage, or wrong labels before packing.
• Basic Computer Work: Use a computer to print shipping labels, look up order details, and scan items into the system.
• Prepare Packages: Label boxes correctly and place them on pallets for shipping.
• Keep Work Area Clean: Maintain a neat, safe, and organized workspace.

Education: High School

Physical:

• Basic Computer Skills: Must be comfortable using a keyboard, mouse, and basic computer programs to enter data and print labels.
• Attention to Detail: Able to spot small mistakes and make sure orders match customer requests.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand, bend, and lift boxes weighing up to 35–50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Reliability: Good attendance and punctuality are required for this 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM schedule.
• Team Player: Able to work well with others and follow safety rules.
