Fabrication Operator

Spherion Bedford is working to fill a 2nd Shift, Fabrication Operator position.

Description:

The Fabrication Associate is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by safely operating a variety of fabrication equipment and performing essential production tasks to ensure quality products are completed on time

What you'll do:

• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, presses, brakes, and routers to manufacture quality products.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications to complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Measure, cut, drill, assemble, and finish components to meet production and quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and perform minor adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.

Education: High School

Experience: 12 months
