Spherion Bedford is hiring a Welder for 1st shift in Bedford, PA. This is a full-time role with steady hours and a pay rate of $21.25 per hour.  There is a great opportunity for growth with this job!

Job Description:

As a Welder, you will work with metal parts, follow blueprints, and complete welding jobs that meet quality standards. This is a great chance to build a career in welding with a company that values safety and skill.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal parts for welding by following customer drawings, specs, and directions from engineering.
• Perform welding on a variety of products using Welder equipment. 
• Inspect finished welds to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Keep tools and equipment in good working order.
• Follow all shop safety rules and keep work areas clean.
• Welder will work as part of a team to complete customer orders on time.

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: 12 months

Skills:

• Must be able to read blueprints.
