Tire Mounter

Spherion Bedford is working to fill a 1st Shift, Tire Mounter position in Bedford, PA. The pay rate is $19.00 HOURLY.

Description:

As a Tire Mounter you are responsible for mounting and assembling wheels and tires according to customer specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

What you'll do:

• Mount single-piece, three-piece, and five-piece wheels and tires accurately and efficiently.
• Read and interpret customer drawings and specifications to ensure proper assembly.
• Pre-assemble wheels and organize wheels and tires for the mounting process.
• Inspect components for quality and accuracy before and after assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Education: High School

Experience: 12 months

Physical:

• Heavy Lifting (50+ lbs)
• Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
• Pushing / Pulling

Skills:

• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
