Shipping Clerk

Spherion Altoona is working to fill a 1st Shift, Shipping Clerk position in Duncansville, PA. The pay rate is $20.00 HOURLY.

Description:

In this role, you will support daily shipping operations by preparing documentation, processing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely order fulfillment

What you'll do:

• Process and prepare outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Verify shipping documentation and ensure orders are complete prior to dispatch.
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications to manage shipping records, correspondence, and data entry.
• Perform routine computer-based tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts using proper email etiquette.
• Operate office equipment, including printers and scanners, to prepare and maintain shipping documentation.

Education: High School

Experience: 12 months

Skills:

• Experience using Microsoft Office 365
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette.
• Familiarity with printers, scanners, and other standard office equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
