Customer Service Representative

Spherion Altoona is working to fill a 1st Shift, Customer Service Representative position in Hollidaysburg, PA. The pay rate is $17.00 HOURLY.

Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you’ll assist with resolving concerns, answering questions, and delivering a positive experience that leaves every customer feeling valued and satisfied.

What you'll do:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Address and resolve product or service concerns with empathy, efficiency, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and feedback in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to support improvements in the overall customer experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while managing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with entering customer orders and reviewing them to ensure accuracy.
• Provide order acknowledgments and updates to reassure customers that their orders are being processed.

Education: High School

Experience: 12 months

Related Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, Ability to multitask and stay organized, Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
