Spherion Altoona is working to fill a 1st Shift, Form Carpenter position in Altoona, PA. The pay rate is $22.00 to $25.00 HOURLY.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled carpenter with experience in concrete formwork to join our construction team. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for building, assembling, and dismantling forms used for pouring concrete on various commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Build and set up wooden or metal forms for foundations, walls, sidewalks, curbs, and other concrete structures.
- Install forms accurately, making sure they meet project specs and quality standards.
- Keep safety and quality top of mind on every task.
- Work independently or collaborate with other carpenters and crew members to keep the project on schedule.
- Pay close attention to detail and take pride in doing high-quality work.
Education: High School
Experience: 24 months
