Spherion Altoona is working to fill a 1st Shift, Temporary Administrative Assistant position in Duncansville, PA. The pay rate is $20.00 to $22.00 HOURLY.
Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, and dependable administrative professional to support the day-to-day operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced workplace.
What you'll do:
- Provide professional front desk and reception support, serving as a welcoming first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests.
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting facility events and activities.
- Receive, sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis.
- Manage visitor registration, sign-in procedures, and facility access requirements.
- Coordinate and maintain calendars, meetings, and appointments as required.
Education: High School
Experience: 12 months
