Spherion Altoona is working to fill a 1st Shift, Call Center Agent position in Claysburg, PA. The pay rate is $18.75 to $19.00 HOURLY.
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to manage incoming support calls from store-level employees, accurately documenting issues and concerns while assessing priorities and routing requests to the appropriate resources. Coordinate with external service vendors to initiate service requests, monitor progress, and communicate status updates to ensure timely issue resolution.
What you'll do:
- Answer phone calls and obtain, verify, and properly document stores reason for call.
- Assist callers with basic inquiries.
- Maintain communication between stores and store solutions.
- Contact outside vendors to request service.
Education: High School
Experience: 24 months
Previous customer service experience preferred.
