Spherion Altoona is working to fill a 1st Shift, Material Handler position in Altoona, PA. The pay rate is $16.62 HOURLY.
Job Description:
Efficiently and safely transports unfinished and/or finished product or material to ensure an orderly flow of raw materials and finished goods.
Responsibilities:
- Receive finished product at end of line and place in final packaging
- Inspect finished goods prior to packaging and report any defects or flaws and ensure correction before packaging
- Place correct stickers/inserts in or on boxes
- Fold and construct cardboard boxes
- Assist in other departments regarding boxing/packaging duties
Education: High School
