Description:
We are searching for a full time direct hire Manufactured Home Property Manager in New Oxford, PA
What you'll do:
- Manage two properties in Dillsburg and Gettysburg
Education: High School
- high school degree required
Experience: 48 months
Have 4 years of property management experience, Experience with marketing a major plus, Experienced with eviction process and understand related court processesSkills:
- Understand Yardi or similar system used in tracking tenant information
- Be a strong problem resolver
- Understand Fair Housing Laws
- Have a keen eye for detail around property inspections and property standards
