Spherion is hiring for a Press Brake Operator in Washington. The Press Brake Operator positions offers a 7a-3p schedule with a pay rate of $20 per hour.
Description:
As a Press Brake Operator you would be responsible for operating press brake equipment safely and efficiently.
What you'll do:
- Learn and operate press brake equipment to bend, form, and shape sheet metal
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Assisting with machine setup
- Measuring and inspecting finished parts to verify dimensions and quality
- Supporting machine maintenance
- Assisting with material staging
- Following proper work standards and instructions
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 6 months
Experience with hand/power tools, Mechanically inclined, Machine OperationPhysical:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
