We are searching for a full time direct hire salaried Maintenance Manager in Benton Pennsylvania
Description:
You will be responsible for managing the daily demand and planned maintenance of equipment, and lead the 24x7 maintenance group
What you'll do:
- Be a hands on leader responsible for 3 shifts of maintenance personnel, and be responsible for immediate demand maintenance, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, project management, training, input into purchasing, stockroom, and improving key performance indicators.
Education: Associate Degree
- You will have - A 2 or 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 60 months
Have hands on experience up to 480 watts, Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, 69 KV substations and smaller transformers, Experience troubleshooting, repairing and replacing PLC's, Have industrial experience with a preference for Foundry work, Preferred experience working with an electric melting furnace, CMMS Experience, A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a maintenance role, Working experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical systems. , 5 years of Allen Bradley PLC experience troubleshooting and or repairing and replacing, Manufacturing experience with a preference of foundry workSkills:
