What you'll do:

• Load, unload, and stack lumber to keep our pallet production lines running smoothly
• Assist in building and repairing wooden pallets to meet customer quality standards
• Learn to operate forklifts to move materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Inspect materials for quality and prepare usable lumber for the assembly team
• Collaborate with production leads to hit daily goals in a safe, organized workspace

Education: No formal education required.
