Spherion Greensburg is working with a client in their search to fill a 3rd Shift, Warehouse Supervisor, Food Safety, Quality Assurance positions in Mount Pleasant, PA. The pay rate is $18.00 to $25.00 HOURLY.

Spherion staffing are seeking qualified candidates for our client who is growing and expanding their team!

We currently have openings for Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse Supervisor roles.

These positions play a vital role in maintaining product quality, safety standards, and efficient warehouse operations.

We are seeking motivated individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to a successful team.

What you'll do:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Monitor product quality, documentation, and processes to meet customer and regulatory expectations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to food safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Complete required paperwork, logs, and reports accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and management teams.
• Identify and report safety hazards, quality concerns, or process deviations.
• Assist with training team members on procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Participate in audits, inspections, or corrective action activities as needed.
• Ensure product is properly handled, stored, and tracked throughout production and warehouse operations.

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 3 months
