Description:
Spherion is seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Maintenance Technician for a growing client.
The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain machinery and production equipment.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Replace worn components and adjust machine settings.
- Document repairs and maintenance activities.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures.
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 3 months
