We are searching for a full time, direct hire Quality Tech in Scottdale, PA to be responsible for supporting quality assurance and control processes within the

manufacturing facility.

Description:

Quality Technician with experience in manufacturing and ISO9001 requirements

What you'll do:

  •  Perform inspections of products certificates to ensure compliance with specifications
  •  Conduct product testing to ensure compliance with acceptance criteria
  •  Record and analyze inspection data and maintain accurate quality documentation
  •  Use ERP systems to store raw material data and issue final product certificates
  •  Inspect external testing reports to ensure requirements are met
  •  Identify defects, nonconformities, and deviations, report findings to management
  •  Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

Education: High School

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a technical field preferred

Skills:

  • Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001)
  •  Basic understanding of standards and specifications
  •  Experience using precision measuring instruments and testing equipment
  •  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  •  Basic computer skills (Excel, quality systems software)
